Terms and conditions

These terms cover the Discovery Clean Energy SMS messaging program operated by Jeff Bunge Solar LLC. They do not replace a separate installation, purchase, or service agreement.

Effective date: October 7, 2026

About the SMS program

Jeff Bunge Solar LLC, doing business as Discovery Clean Energy, offers text messaging about solar, battery storage, and EV charging services. The types of messages you receive depend on the consent choices you make.

  • Informational messages. Responses to your project inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates.
  • Promotional messages. Marketing communications about our solar, battery storage, and EV charging services.

Your consent choices

Informational and promotional SMS subscriptions require separate consent. Each consent choice is optional and must be selected by you. You may choose either category, both categories, or neither. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or booking an appointment does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages. Our email-only quote form does not collect SMS consent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, service needs, and subscription choices. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

How to unsubscribe

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us. We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program.

If you want to subscribe again, provide new consent through the opt-in process. A later inquiry or purchase does not automatically restore your SMS subscription.

Help and support

Reply HELP to a text message from us for assistance. You can also email info@discoverycleanenergy.com or call (720) 370-8056.

Message delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and mobile information

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For details about the information we collect, how it is used, and the protections for SMS opt-in data, read our Privacy Policy.
